Video shows people on the run at Oyigbo Expressway, Rivers States over alleged clash between members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and the Nigerian army.

The video alleges shops have been put on fire as thick fume could be seen billowing from a burning thing in the middle of the road while some residents scamper for safety.
