Nigerian troops in Maiduguri decry lack of welfare despite their struggle against Boko Haram.
President Muhammadu Buhari was once a soldier, so he should know what it means to keep soldiers in the bush without taking care of their welfare. Either the top military officials are busy using the money their own selfish use, then the government should take action before the hungry dog joins the enemy they are fighting against.
