A Federal High court in Lagos has failed to deliver judgement on a N300 million human right suit by billionaire kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike popularly known as Evans.
According to nghubs correspondence, the failure to pass judgement because the accused, Inspector General of Police and the Police force have not been part of the court proceedings.
The presiding judge Justice Abdulaziz Anka said the court cannot pass judgement without hearing from both parties.
The case was adjourned to Tuesday September 5th.
