How do guys differentiate cheap girls

This one is fairly easy to answer. I'm going to not do what the other answer talked about and go with 'easy' or such. I'm going the route of is she Classy as in acts as if she has Class and is cultured. While Cheap is someone who acts like Trash. 

1. Look at how she speaks. If she speaks using slang, or ghetto words, or horrible grammar and can't form a clear, complete sentence, she probably lacks the class to take her to a nice restaurant. Take her to Applebee's instead.
2. If she can control herself. A woman with class is like a duck on a pond. On the surface she is calm and restrained and perfectly able to handle any social situation of any type. However, under the surface her feet are just churning away. This goes for a guy with class as well. A woman without class will start throwing things, having a tantrum, or start cursing to cover up the fact that she is can't handle herself.
3. She uses words instead of fists to settle disputes means she has class.
4. How does she wear make up? Too little make up or too much make up will come off looking cheap. The point of make up is to wear as little as possible while completely transforming from OK looking to gorgeous.
5. How does she dress? There are a ton of little women etiquette rules that I don't even know like if you show leg, don't show cleavage. How much skin is enticing, what fits correctly on her body, etc... Cheap women either hoochie it up to distract from the fact she doesn't know the rules or dress down and act like she doesn't care while a Classy women knows the rules and follows them.

To have Class, she needs to know all these things and I'm sure more I can't think of. She doesn't have to be educated, or rich, or anything of that sort, she just have to have the above knowledge.
